- Outside New Zealand, you can use a Debit Card or Bank Draft, you'll need to ask about the options at your own bank
- Within New Zealand, fill out the web form and let me know how you prefer to pay. I'll then email you an invoice and on receipt of the deposit, the eBook will be forwarded to you.
